% 29.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation is complete. Charge-sheet has been filed. Trial is in progress, inasmuch as, victim has already been examined.

Victim had suffered simple injuries.

Petitioner is in custody for the past 11 months. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/ with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
