% 13.02.2019 1.

Vide the present petition, the petitioner/management has impugned the Award dated 17th February, 2014, passed by the learned Labour Court No.III, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in DID No.611/06/05, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- to the respondent in lieu of reinstatement. 2.

On the last date, the petitioner had in order to amicably settle the matter, made an offer to pay a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the respondent in lieu of all his claims against the petitioner when the learned counsel for the respondent had sought time to obtain instructions.

Accordingly, the writ petition and pending application is disposed of in terms of the above settlement. The Registry is directed to forthwith release the amount as deposited by the petitioner, in favour of the respondent/workman along with interest accrued thereon immediately.
