% 13.03.2019 Parties have entered into a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement dated 11.3.2019 has been executed between the parties. The settlement agreement is signed by defendants No,1 to 4 respectively and by plaintiff through his specific power of attorney holder.

Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and defendants have also signed the Settlement Agreement. The same is also signed by the learned Mediator. The parties have divided the title of the various properties stated in the Settlement Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the same. A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees under section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. The Settlement Agreement has been received from the Mediation Centre. It be sent to the Registry.
