By this application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. She submits that the matter is fixed before the Trial Court for arguments on framing of Charge and the petitioner would like to address arguments at the stage of framing of Charge. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. CRL.M.C. 4398/2017 1.

In view of the order passed today in Crl.M.A.3461/2018, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All rights and contentions of the parties are hereby kept reserved.
