O R D E R

% 09.09.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent qua the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being carried out at HBlock, Jaitpur Extension, Part-II falling in Khsara No.629, Badarpur, New Delhi.

Status report has been filed by the DDA. In this status report, it has been stated that the suit property falls under the O-Zone. In a writ petition titled Vijay Kumar Diwakar Vs. SDMC & Ors. W.P.(C)5751/2014 a Bench of this court on 03.7.2015 had noted that no unauthorized construction would be permitted in O-Zone and a joint meeting between Vice Chairman, DDA and the Commissioner of SDMC was predicated. Pursuant to the aforenoted meeting, it was decided that all suit properties would be removed/demolished after

examination of the respective cases and a joint team/taskforce for the suit purpose would be constituted. This forms a part of the status report.

Learned counsel for the SDMC on instructions submits that this property in question has been booked and if any deviation is found as per the O-Zone stipulation/conditions all necessary actions in accordance with law will be taken.

Noting the aforesaid submissions no further orders are called for in this petition.

Petition is disposed of.
