O R D E R

% 03.12.2018 It is submitted that a compromise has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 amicably, therefore, FIR No. 0054/2015 under Section 363 IPC registered at police station Sultan Puri may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2-4 are present in court and have been identified by SI Ramesh Kumar of police station Sultan Puri. Respondent no.2 is daughter of respondent nos. 3 and 4. Respondent no.2 submits that presently she is about 21 years old and at the time of lodging of FIR she was 17 years old. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed.

Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 to 4 are also on record to this effect. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos.2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the present criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
