ORDER

% 12.07.2016 Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that only a part of the refund amount has been transferred through ECS.

An affidavit dated 11th July 2016 has been tendered in Court on behalf of the Respondent. In para 6 of the affidavit, it is stated that of the total refund of Rs. 11,66,644/-, which was approved for payment (inclusive of principal and interest), a sum of Rs. 6,60,648/- has been received by the Petitioner through ECS, which fact is confirmed by Mr. Srivastava, learned counsel I'.

appearing for the Petitioner. It is stated that the remaining amount of Rs. 5,05,996/- has been transferred by the Respondent by ECS and will reach the account of the Petitioner during the week commencing 1 11h July 2016. Mr Srivastava states that till date the amount has not yet been received in the account.

In the event the aforementioned amount is not received by the Petitioner in the current week, it will be open to the Petitioner to apply to the court for directions.

These petitions are disposed of.
