% 28.08.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the chargesheet has been filed before the Trial Court and next date fixed before the Trial Court is 07.11.2019. He further submits that the petitioner will appear before the Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the bail application is rendered infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

However, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till his appearance before the Trial Court.
