% 06.02.2019 CM APPL 5728/2019 (Clarification) This appeal was dismissed by an order dated 28.11.2018 passed by this Court. By the present application, applicant/appellant seeks clarification of the order dated 28.11.2018. Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that it should be observed that the order of 28.11.2018 would not tantamount to an expression of the merit of the matter. It is further prayed that the Family Court should decide the matter finally on merit.

Heard. Although, no such clarification is required as this Court has only decided an application seeking condonation of delay and also an application filed by the appellant challenging the order of Family Court by which, maintenance of Rs.10,000/- has been awarded to both two daughters. We make it clear that any observation made was for the purpose of deciding the above two applications alone.

The application stands disposed of.
