% 11.09.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in C.C. No. 7048 of 2017 registered at Police Station - Connaught Place for the offences punishable under Sections 18/138 NI Act r/w 420/467/468/471/120-B/109/34 IPC. In view of fact that the petitioner is on interim protection since 13.05.2019 and the fact that the respondents have no objection to allow the present petition, accordingly non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioners are set aside and petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court. Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition and the fact that the respondents have issued no objection, the IO of the case is hereby
directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail on the following terms and conditions:- (i) That the petitioners shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Trial Court;
(ii) That the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and make available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required;
In case of default of aforementioned conditions, the State is at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. Application stands allowed and disposed of.
