O R D E R
% 17.08.2016 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtors has handed over a copy of the proceedings dated 30.03.2016 before Delhi Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. The said proceedings indicate that the parties had entered into a settlement on 30.03.2016, on the following terms:- "1. That the respondent has paid Rs.5,56,401/- to the complainant which amount comprises of the bounced ECS, another due ECS, late payment charges and other incidental charges to the complainant against the receipt no.RF1000155940 issued by the complainant.

That upon having received the said amount, the complainant shall continue with the loan account of the respondent and the same shall be continued in accordance with the earlier schedule as initially agreed between the parties. 3.
That the respondent has undertaken that he will abide by the repayment schedule as has been given to him at the inception and there will be no default in the same in future towards the remaining EMIs against the loan availed. 4.
No other dues as on date is pending against the respondent.

The complainant shall withdraw the present complaint on the date fixed i.e. 02.04.2016 at 10.00 AM."
The learned counsel appearing for the Decree Holder does not dispute the aforesaid settlement.
In view of the aforesaid settlement, the present execution petition does not survive and is, accordingly, disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J AUGUST 17, 2016 RK
