% 06.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to perform the barsi of his father and the mother has to divide the property. Facts stated in the application are verified. Considering the facts verified, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.
It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of one week from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.
