The prayer made in this petition is similar to the prayer made in W.P.(C) 9248/2017, titled as Sunil Kumar Vs. Land & Building Department and Ors., which already stands disposed of vide order of 9th May, 2018. This petition had been filed prior to the aforesaid petition, which already stands disposed of. Apparently, This petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
