% 09.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to treat the recommendations having been made by the respondent no.1 by applying the principle in Sulekh Malik's case, or in the alternative, direct respondent no.2 to make recommendation within a time bound period of one or two months and further to direct respondent no.3 to allot the alternate plot within two months thereafter.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2 submits that he has instructions to state that the petitioner's application has been placed at serial number 883 in the seniority list maintained by the respondents for consideration of applications for grant of alternate plot. He submits that according to the seniority position of the petitioner, his application would be placed before the

Recommending Committee at an appropriate time. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition and the petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. MAY 09, 2018/aa REKHA PALLI, J
