% 08.08.2016 Today in Court, Mr. Kalra, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, has handed over a copy of the letter dated 21st June, 2016 written by the Assistant Registrar (GH/S-III) to the Deputy Director (CS), DDA, Vikas Sadan, INA.

In the said letter, the Assistant Registrar has forwarded petitioner's name as approved by the committee constituted under Rule 90 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 2007 for a draw of lot. A copy of the said letter is taken on record. In view thereof, the DDA is directed to hold a draw of lot within a period of four weeks. With the aforesaid direction, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the DDA, it shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
