No. 35701/2019 (Under Order I Rule 10 CPC) This is an application filed by the petitioner for revival of the writ petition in view of the pronouncement dated January 25, 2019 of this Court in two references being O. Ref. no. 1/17 and O. Ref. No. 2/17. I have been informed that the original respondents Manju Vij and Dinesh Vij have since sold their property being 29/32, First floor, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi in favour of Shweta Sawhney and Harminder Sawhney and it is for that reason, petitioner has impleaded them as respondent nos. 3 and 4 in terms of the amended memo of parties.

Issue notice on this application, to the respondents in terms of the amended memo of parties.
