Learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that while this application was filed for the said relief, however, the application is not pressed, in view of the provision of Section 17(2)(vi) of the Registration Act, 1908 whereby Court orders and decrees are not compulsorily registered. 3.
The application is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that a cheque in the sum of Rs.8,75,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank, Safdarjung Development Area Branch dated 09.05.2025 will be handed over to learned counsel for the Defendant during the course of the day under acknowledgment. Let the needful be done.
