The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 6 to protect the marital life of the petitioners and further for issuance of directions to respondents No.7 to 10 not to harass and interfere in the marital life of the petitioners. 2.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners since morning. 3.
Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 18.09.2015 this Court directed the petitioners to provide their place of residence to the learned ASC for the State who shall inform the concerned SHO about the same. It was also directed that the concerned SHO will ensure that no untoward incident takes place and petitioners are protected from any reprisal at the hands of the respondents or anybody.

Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that pursuant to the directions of this Court vide order dated 18.09.2015, Division Officer and Beat Staff of the area were directed to remain in touch
with the petitioners. It is further mentioned in the status report that as per the report received from the Division Officer, during inquiry it has been revealed that the petitioners have left the address furnished by them i.e A60, Gali No.1, Sarojini Naidu Park, Shashtri Nagar, Delhi. Statement of Mr.Haider - landlord of the house has been recorded and also annexed with the status report.

In the given circumstance, since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners since morning and awaited for sufficient time, the writ petition is dismissed for non-appearance as well as for non-prosecution. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
