% 26.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been settled between the complainant and the persons named in the FIR. He further submits that the order directing the registration of FIR has already been quashed/set aside by another Bench of this Court vide an order dated 6th September, 2016 passed in Crl.M.C. No.2749/2015 titled Anil Sharma vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Anr.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition does not survive for consideration and the same is disposed of in terms of the order dated 6th September, 2016.
