The costs of `10,000/- imposed upon the petitioners to be paid to respondent No.2 vide order dated July 27, 2016 is waived. 2.
The matrimonial dispute between the petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 has been amicably resolved.

Mr.Sumant Sudan, learned counsel for respondent No.2 in presence of respondent No.2 accepts the settlement. A further sum of `3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only) has to be paid to respondent No.2 as a term of FIR No.403/2012 for offences punishable under Section 498A/406 IPC, P.S.Prashant Vihar being quashed. 4.
Today, a bankers cheque bearing No.108425, dated September 05, Crl.M.C.No.4759/2015
2016, drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce, in the name of respondent No.2 has been handed over by learned counsel for the petitioners to respondent No.2 who is identified in Court by her counsel. 5.
Thus, I dispose of the petition quashing FIR No.403/2012 for offences punishable under Section 498A/406 IPC, P.S.Prashant Vihar and proceedings emanated therefrom.
