This petition under Section 25B of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 was preferred against the order dated 10th August, 2015 of Additional Rent Controller-2, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No.560/14/11 filed by the petitioner / landlord, of grant of leave to defend to the respondent / tenant.

The petition was entertained.

The counsel for the petitioner / landlord today states that the respondent / tenant has vacated the premises and delivered vacant, peaceful possession thereof to the petitioner / landlord and the respondent / tenant is now left with no right, title and interest in the premises. It is also stated that the parties are not left with any claims against each other. 4.

The counsel for the respondent / tenant confirms. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition has become infrcutous and is disposed of.
