The application is signed by the parties and their respective counsel. It is also supported by the affidavit of Dr. Ajay Aggarwal, the partner of the plaintiff and Sh.Shailendra Tandon, the Director of the defendant. The terms of the settlement, as set out in paragraph 2 of the application, appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
