Society Limited, has produced before us the authority letter signed by K. Subramanian, President of the society. He has also handed over a copy of the agreement dated August, 2016 signed by Vijay Chhabra, A.P.

Chhabra and Burmah Shell Cooperative Housing Society Limited through its President K. Subramanian.

Mr. Rajinder Chhabra, who is brother of Vijay Chhabra and son of A.P. Chhabra is present in the Court and states that his brother and father have signed and executed the said settlement. He has signed the said agreement as a witness.

The aforesaid agreement is taken on record and the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.

Parties will be bound by the terms of the settlement, which has modified the award and the appellate order. There will be no order as to costs.
