The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') seeking interim measures of protection. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed a petition under Section 36 of the Act for enforcing the arbitral award. 3.

In the circumstances, the ad-interim order dated 25.10.2017 is made absolute till the enforcement of the arbitral award and it is further directed that the said order shall be construed as having been passed against respondent no.1 in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 148/2017. 4.
