% 03.12.2018 On instructions, learned counsel appearing for the College in question informs us that the grievance of the petitioners made in this writ petition has been considered by the Governing Body of the College in its meeting held on 13.11.2018. The resolution has been passed. If that be so, the decision of the Governing Body be conveyed to the petitioners within a period of one week from today.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.

In case the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the decision taken by the Governing Body, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to

challenge it in accordance with law.
