Learned counsel for respondents have handed over copies of the orders dated 16^*" November, 2016 and 29^^ November, 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 10642/2016 whereby status quo has been directed to be maintained with regard to the process of taking over of University College of Medical Sciences by the Government of NCT of Delhi.
