This petition is under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act praying for interim measures restraining the respondent from blacklisting TT No. DL1GC-3606 of the petitioner. It is submitted that on 23rd October, 2017 TT No. DL1GC-3606 has been blacklisted and hence the petition has become infructuous. Hence learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition subject to the grant of liberty of filing petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
