% 24.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction for quashing the chargesheet dated 01.08.2015 and suspension order dated 22.08.2015. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1, 4 & 5 submits that suspension order dated 22.08.2015 has already been revoked and the petitioner has taken back in service. He further submits that chargesheet dated 01.08.2015 is proposed to withdraw against the petitioner. In view of the statement made by counsel for the said respondents, nothing remains in the present petition.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the

respondents to issue withdrawal letter to the chargesheet dated 01.08.2015 within two weeks.

Pending application stands disposed of.
