% 07.12.2015 The petitioner alleges torture at the hands of her parents in law and husband and others in the family.

She is also aggrieved by the fact that despite her specific complaint, no FIR has been registered against the accused persons.

Ms. Kamna Vohra, Additional Standing Counsel, however, submits that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has already been lodged and a copy of the said FIR has been despatched to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
