% 25.01.2016 The counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is taken on record. The learned counsel for the respondents state that the subject tender which was notified through NIT dated 02.07.2015 for "Supply, installation and commissioning of new VSAT Hub (Primary and DR Hub), Remote VSATS and Ku-band hub antennae along with RF sub systems to upgrade the legacy VSAT networks of NIC", has been cancelled. He says so on instructions from Ms Anju Sayal, Deputy Director, NIC, MCIT who is also present in court. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the respondents on the said instructions that a fresh tender would be floated. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition any further. The writ petition stands disposed of.
