% 15.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disputes in these proceedings i.e. alleged wrongful rejection of the petitioner's nomination would be challenged in appropriate proceedings i.e. through a complaint under Section 70/71 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act 2003. In the event of such complaint/claim, the Registrar shall ensure that it is decided in accordance with law within a time prescribed i.e. 3 months.
