Mr. Vipul Kumar, Adv. enters appearance for defendant nos. 1 to 3. This is a suit for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs.1 crore. As per contents of the plaint, the cause of action arose at Bawana where plaintiff's office is situated at and further arose at Azadpur which falls under the jurisdiction of District North, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North), Rohini, Delhi on 10.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
