O R D E R

% 11.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 18 years of age. He is brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no allegation against the petitioner in the FIR. Co-accused Noorbanno, Momin and Habib Khan have already been granted regular bail. Petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 26th October, 2017, which is still continuing. Petitioner has participated in the investigation. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
