Ms. Asha Gopalan Nair accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.
Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file a reply, as she does not oppose the prayer made in the petition for extension of time. 5.
I am told by counsel for the parties that the Arbitral Tribunal has already reserved the matter for pronouncing the award. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 361/2018

Counsel inform me that since the record is voluminous, the Arbitral Tribunal has requested that further three (3) months be granted to pronounce the award.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to grant the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner which is supported by the counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, time for pronouncing and publishing the award is extended by a period of three (3) months, commencing from 31.12.2018. 9.
