Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, has argued on the maintainability of the writ petition. His submission is that such an order is appealable before the Deputy Commissioner. Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty of this court to press his remedy before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.
