In view of the extensive amendment sought to be incorporated by the plaintiff, the Court deems it appropriate to allow the plaintiff to withdraw the instant civil suit with the liberty to file afresh a properly constituted civil suit.

Since the suit is at its nascent stage, the plaintiff shall be entitled for an adjustment of the court fees if he desires to file a fresh civil suit. 3.
