% 28.11.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the respondents No.2 & 3 who are the husband and wife have been served and whereas the report on service of respondent No.1 is 'left' despite the respondent No.1 shows the same address on the website of Registrar of Companies.

None is appearing on behalf of respondents despite service. This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the time of arbitral proceedings by further 10 months from 16.10.2017, though initially sought for 6 months, but for the delay caused in disposing of this petition.

In the circumstances, the period of the arbitral proceedings pending before the learned arbitrator stands extended for further ten

months w.e.f. 16.10.2017.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. Order dasti.
