% 02.05.2018 CM. No. 17928/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue necessary directions to the respondent No.1 to accept the Demand Draft of ` 3,80,730/- and „No Objection Letter‟ from the owner of House No.SU-4, Pitampura, Delhi, as was required in its Status Report dated 20.03.2018 and he may further be directed to immediately carry out the shifting/re-location work of the Feeder Pillar/junction box in question without any further delay and in the interest of justice."

According to Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has got ready a demand draft for ` 3,80,730/- which the petitioner shall deposit with the respondent No.1 along with NOC letter of the neighbour, who is a resident of SU-4, Pitampura, Delhi. Mr. Kaushik also states, the petitioner is ready and willing to pay further charges including the cost of the cable. Ordered accordingly. The respondent No.1 shall intimate further charges if any payable by the petitioner within one week, which amount shall be deposited by the petitioner within one week thereafter. Further action shall be taken by the respondent No.1 for the shifting of the feeder pillar within an outer limit of eight weeks, of the deposit of charges by the petitioner.

Mr. Kaushik states, the aforesaid shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of. Application stands disposed of. The date already fixed stands cancelled.
