O R D E R

% 24.11.2017 Counsel for the respondent brings to my notice an e-mail dated 23rd November, 2017 wherein the respondent have conveyed their no objection if an Arbitrator is appointed out of three named persons therein to adjudicate the disputes arising between the parties under the agreement for 'construction of police station and residence at Hari Nagar, New Delhi'.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is agreeable for appointment of Mr.Ashok Kumar Purwaha as the Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes.

In view of the above, I appoint Mr.Ashok Kumar Purwaha, 901, The Gurgaon CGHS Ltd., Prithvi Apartments, Plot no.17, Sector 52, Gurgaon, Haryana-122003, Mobile-9818926161, as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, arising out of or in connection with the above mentioned agreement.

Copy of this order is given dasti to the parties to communicate the same to Mr.Ashok Kumar Purwaha.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
