% 22.04.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he does not wish to file any reply.

After some arguments, it has been agreed that the status quo of the suit property shall be maintained during the pendency of the suit. The Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose the suit expeditiously. The observations made by the Trial Court in the impugned order dated 02.09.2014 shall not influence the Trial Court at the time of final judgment.

Petition disposed of.
