The petitioner, who is husband of the complainant, had been seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.463/2015 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Hazrat Nizamuddin.

The petitioner has been granted protection against coercive steps on 18th September, 2015. It is informed by the State that the petitioner had joined the investigation since then and cooperated in the investigation. However, complete dowry articles have been returned so far. 3.

Taking into consideration the nature of the accusation in a matrimonial dispute against the petitioner and that he had been joining investigation, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. BAIL APPLN. 1969/2015

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
