It is submitted the arguments have already been heard by the learned arbitrator in the month of August, 2017 and now the matter is pending for passing of an award. However, the parties have received an email dated 10.10.2017 from the learned arbitrator asking them to get the time extended by three months to pass the award. By:AMULYA

Both the parties have consented for extension of period of arbitral proceedings till 19.01.2018. In the circumstances, time is extended to declare the award uptil 19.01.2018. The petition stands disposed of in above terms. Order dasti.
