% 18.01.2017 BAIL APPLN. 2000/2015 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. PC in case FIR No. 619/2015 under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC registered at Police Station Burari. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard learned counsels for the parties including complainant in person and have examined the file. By an order dated 17.12.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, she has since joined the investigation.

(3) Petitioner's counsel has placed on record photocopy of settlement/agreement arrived before Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 09.02.2016. As per settlement, the petitioner

and her husband Hoshiyar Singh Rawat were to pay `75,000/- in cash to the complainant. Admittedly, the complainant has received the said amount.

(4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that she shall join the investigation as and when required.

(5) The bail application stands disposed of.
