BAIL APPLN. 1972/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a juvenile. In that view of the matter this petition is not maintainable. In case the petitioner is arrested, law enjoins the investigating agency to produce him before the Juvenile Justice Board. The petitioner, in that event, seeks to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
