ORDER

% 16.10.2015 Mr Satyakam, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions from Mr Kulbhushan Babbar, Assistant Commissioner, Ward-25, states that the investigations and the proceedings, which are pending pursuant to the notice under Section 59 (2), shall be completed in all respects within two months from today. If a refund is found to be due after the said process, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a week thereafter along with interest in accordance with law. In view of the above statement, which, we are also taking as an undertaking, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
