% 14.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith stating that the petitioner describing itself as M/s Roxy Drycleaners, sole proprietary firm of Jatinder Pal Singh, son of late Gurbachan Singh reserves the right to move an application in accordance with law seeking impleadment in the suit in which the impugned order was passed.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
