% 29.01.2016 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the respondents has challenged the order dated 22nd May, 2015 passed by the Appeal Tribunal MCD by W.P.(C) 10848/2015 in which vide order dated 02nd December, 2015, the Writ Court has issued the notice to the petitioner and has stayed the order dated 22nd May, 2015 till the next date of hearing. Copy of the order dated 02nd December, 2015 is handed over and taken on record. Copy of this order be furnished to the counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.

This petition is disposed of in view of the order dated 02nd December, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 10848/2015 with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of the order dated 02nd December, 2015 being vacated. J.R. MIDHA, J.
