1. The Local Commissioner has submitted a report dated 16th September, 2016 stating that she has yet not received any payment for the work done by her and that she would not be able to continue. She has enclosed with the report record of the site meetings and the record of the joint measurements and the assessment and analysis.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to obtain a soft copy of the report from the Court Master in a pen drive. He assures the Court that the outstanding fee of the Local Commissioner and the Engineer who assisted her would be paid as indicated in the Report within a period of two weeks from today.

3. No further directions are called for on the petition and the application O.M.P.(I) 533/2015

and the same are disposed of as such. Any further directions can be sought by the parties in the arbitral proceedings in accordance with law. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
