% 29.07.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging respondent no.1's direction to Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation to appear before it in the context of disciplinary proceedings. Since the complaint filed by respondent no.2 has now been dismissed as withdrawn, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

However, respondent no.1 is directed to place the judgments of the Supreme Court in All India Overseas Bank SC and ST Employees' Welfare Association Vs. Union of India, 1996 (6) SCC 606 and State Bank of Patiala Vs. Vinesh Kumar Bhasin, (2010) 4

SCC 368 on its website so that in future respondent No. 1 does not summon a Chairman of a Bank or a Public Corporation in disciplinary proceedings.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition and the application stand disposed of.
