% 15.11.2016 CM 42370/2016 This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error which has occurred in paragraph 1 of the judgment dated 04.10.2016. While mentioning the total extent of land involved in the present case, the figure 13 has been indicated, whereas it should be 31 bighas. This is also clear from totalling the extent of the land covered by the khasra numbers mentioned in the very same paragraph. Consequently, the judgement dated 04.10.2016 be corrected by indicating that in place of 13 bighas, 31 bighas shall be substituted in paragraph 1 thereof. The correction be carried out and the corrected judgment be uploaded onto the website along with a note that it has been corrected by virtue of the order passed today. The application stands allowed.
